as a voluntary international organisation of the eight founding Nations,
Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom,
to the 56 Member Nations of The Commonwealth in 2022.
For 70 years, from 1952 – 2022,
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
was Head of The Commonwealth.
